Awesome little scooter August 31, 2009 M. Evans 16 out of 17 found this review helpful
We bought this for our daughter's birthday and was it ever a big hit! We were VERY pleased with the quality of the product, it arrived in a very timely manner and was in perfect condition. She rides it almost daily since she received it about a month ago and we have had no problems at all. I was very pleased to find it met and surpased all my expectations.

This is a cool ride for your preteens. My daughter saved up her babysitting money and I added a bit more for her X-mas present. She loves it. Unfortunately for bad weather she hasn't had enough time to ride it but as soon as weather permits she will be off riding. Good size too. She is tall and can fit in it just fine. Totally recommend it for your kids. Only down fall is that it is pricey but if your kids can save up for it why not. We are only kids for a while.
ZooooooooooooM! February 6, 2010 Spencer S. Maxwell (Hanford, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Wow! fast and fun! My 10 year old loves it. Well made but the decals could have been put on with more care. I wish they had an option for a larger battery pack or one that was easier to swap out quickly for a spare (back-up). (for longer riding times between charges)
dissapointed May 25, 2010 Eva C. Ray (Pinehurst, TX, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We recieved this imod on May 10th, it is now May 25 and the relay is not working which means the imod WON"T RUN! We haven't had it that long for it to be broke and then the tires are always flat. My husband said they came with bad tubing in them because from the very first time my daughter rode the thing, the tires went flat. So, for as much money as you pay for something like this...you would think you have a little bit longer before the "breaks" come. Especially since we've only had it a couple of weeks. I am going to call the 1800 razor number and see if they will rectify the stuff. Hopefully this will have a happy ending.
Repairs right out of the box January 3, 2010 Virginia C. Kelley (Centerville, OH USA) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Our almost 12 year old daughter received this scooter as her one and only Christmas gift this year because of the cost. It was not hard to put it together, but the front tire was flat on arrival. We had to take it to a bike shop for a new innertube at a cost of $12. The bike shop wasn't open Christmas day, so our daughter had to wait until the day after to get the wheel fixed. The initial charge takes 18 hours, so 2 days after Christmas, she was able to ride it for the first time. It worked great until the short charge wore down. We recharged the Imod and the motor ran, but the back wheel wouldn't catch. We had to drive it to the next town, which was the closest service store, and leave it for 8-10 days. They told us they would order a complete new wheel assemblage. It's January 3rd, the bike is still at the shop, and our daughter has ridden her only Christmas present exactly once. We're hoping it will be a good product once we get it back or it goes back.
